Cawongla Gallery & Store
Ladies, you’re invited!
Join CCC for our next Conscious Coffee Connections meet-up.
Our 2026 theme is:
Deepening Connections with Others and Self.
This year, we’re continuing to build on the energy and heart of our fortnightly Monday gatherings, sharing meaningful conversations, plenty of laughter, and opportunities to connect more deeply with ourselves and one another.
We’re listening to your feedback and shaping new events that reflect what matters most to our community in this rapidly changing world: connection, growth, and genuine support for women at every stage of life.
So come along, bring a friend, and let’s explore how we can deepen our relationships, nurture our wellbeing, and create lasting positive change together.
Gold coin donation appreciated upon entry.

Building Blocks of Crypto
A Beginner's One-Day Event

Curious about crypto but not sure where to start?
If you’ve heard people talking about Bitcoin, NFTs, or “the blockchain” and want to truly understand what it all means, this day is for you.
In 2026, digital assets and blockchain technology are no longer fringe ideas.
They’re becoming part of how money, ownership, and technology work globally. Whether you choose to invest or not, understanding this space is increasingly important so you can make informed decisions and confidently take part in conversations about the future.
Building Blocks of Crypto is a relaxed, practical one-day event designed especially for people who are new to cryptocurrency. There’s no jargon, and absolutely no assumption of prior knowledge — just clear explanations, real-world examples, and plenty of time for questions.
Your Presenter: Suzanne Snoeks
Suzanne has spent her entire professional life in finance. A retired accountant originally from Melbourne, she ran a successful financial services company in South Yarra for more than 30 years.
She was introduced to cryptocurrency in 2015 through her son, who was living in Seoul, South Korea at the time. In 2020, he launched his own NFT (Non-Fungible Token), which sparked Suzanne’s deeper involvement in the digital asset space. Since then, she has invested in NFTs and remained actively engaged in cryptocurrency markets.
This session is ideal if you want to:
• Understand the basics of crypto and digital assets
• Learn why this technology matters in today’s world
• Ask honest questions in a supportive, non-judgemental environment
• Build confidence and clarity before taking any next steps
Whether you’re simply curious or have already dipped your toes in and have questions, this event is all about understanding before investing.
- Perfect for beginners
- Friendly, informative, and down-to-earth
- One full day of learning and conversation
What to bring:
• Laptop or smartphone
• Water bottle
• Lunch
Morning and afternoon tea will be provided.

True North
One Day Women's Workshop

True North Event
We had a wonderful turnout for our Values Workshop! The women who attended—eager to deepen their understanding and expression of their true values—were not disappointed.
Our facilitators, Lisa Meritt and Suzanne Snoeks, guided participants through a powerful exploration of the difference between beliefs and values. Engaged discussions unfolded as women reflected on how their values have evolved through life’s experiences. Together, they identified and “grounded” their core values—creating a strong foundation for ethical decision-making and conscious action.
Participants left inspired to apply their clarified values in daily life—to strengthen relationships with family, colleagues, and within their workplaces, while aligning with their long-term goals.
Adding a creative touch, our local jewellery artist Heather Elwell led the afternoon activity, where participants designed personalised key-ring talismans. These beautiful keepsakes now serve as daily reminders of their values and as inspiration for their 2026 goals.
The following day, during our fortnightly @Conscious Coffee Meet-up, the conversation continued. The discussion deepened as mothers reflected on how they may have passed on “conditioned belief systems” to their sons—beliefs that sometimes contribute to men feeling inadequate or unable to meet women’s expectations. It became a powerful session of awareness, self-forgiveness, and compassion toward both themselves and the men in their lives.
A truly Conscious and transformative experience for all who attended.

The Art of Your Inner Spark
Discover Yourself Through Intuitive Art - A Journey of Creativity & Healing
It’s never too late to reconnect with yourself! Our intuitive art course was where fun, creativity and self-discovery came together in a safe and nurturing space.
Each of the four sessions invited you to play, express and explore through creative modalities like art, writing, laughter and more—no previous experience needed!
We tapped into our subconscious, released emotions and discovered the beauty within through:
🎨 Colour & Play – Express yourself freely
📝 Words & Writing – Let thoughts flow naturally
💃 Introspection & Stillness – Connect deeply within
🔊 Sound & Silence – Find inner harmony
Our journey culminated in a special celebration of the winter Soulstice on June 21.
